Service Fee Increase

I received an email on Sept. 26 from Rogers subject: Our commitment to exceptional service. In the email they write: That’s why we’re committed to investing in enhancements across every level of the customer experience.

However, in my most recent bill, Rogers is increasing the service fee by $3 + HST for each of internet, TV and home phone. Rogers does this every year.  So who is paying for the enhancements: Rogers or the customers through the annual service fee increases. And it still takes up to an hour of waiting to speak with an agent, certainly not exceptional service. Cut the annual service fee increases to show that Rogers appreciates their customers.
