Separate Internet Service for Tenant

I am renting my attic to a potential tenant I want to get installed a separate internet line( than the one I already have in my house) for the tenant that the tenant pays for.How do I do this and how much does it cost?

It may be possible to set up the internet service for your tenant as a separate account with separate billing if we have a way to differentiate it as it's own billable address. For example, adding "unit B" to the address if applicable.
