I pre-ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max 512GB through the online portal. The advertisement stated that the $70 setup fee would be credited, but my recent bill still includes this charge. The only credit applied was the $40 booking fee. Please address this discrepancy, as it impacts trust.

Than you @RogersMoin for reading my post. well rogers fix my issue yesterday. It was good help from them on this thing. I pre book online using my portal and few days after I got a call from near by store to pickup. So i dont know whats exectly happend.
