I've been around
I was able to open my email all day yesterday. Then all of a sudden around 6:30PM. I no longer have access. I call the chat line and was on the conversation for 3 hours. No help. Called today 1 employee told me it's my fault, I canceled the account in JULY he sees I don't pay my bills and then told me he doesn't like MY tone when I said no of that is true. So I hung up on him. I called again. The next TWO Rogers peoples tag teamed to help me. The can see my account and have no idea why I can't get into it. Not by phone or computer. I changed my password.
It just sends me on a loop from enter email address to a no access/troubleshooting page at Rogers no ability to enter my password it skips right over that part. Help. Please?

1. What app are you using on your phone? What is the make/model of the phone?

2. What is the make/model of the computer? Which email client (Name and version? Outlook, Thunderbird, etc) are you using.  Are you able to view your emails using Webmail?  (on the web).

3. Which password?  Are you aware that the App password generator has not been working since March 2023?  See the following post on that topic:

Many people have switched to an ISP independent email, such as Gmail...
