Is that rogers introduce something like term, are nlt they lier? In my 6 years with rogers I never heard any contract but for upcoming renewal they are telling me to go for 2 year term, this is rediculous from rogers never thought rogers does this as compitator bell is better in that position

Is this for TV and/or Internet? If so, yes, Rogers does offer additional discounts if you lock into a multi-year contract, and that requires you to pay a termination fee if you cancel early, but they typically also offer deals/options that are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

One other thing: Rogers is now also offering promotions that expire after 24 months, not 12. That doesn't necessarily require you to lock into a 2-year contract or guarantee the price for two years. When making any changes to your plan these days, you need to be extra-dilligent and ensure that you understand your new contractual commitments.
