I've been a loyal Roger's customer for around 15 years. Today I contacted them to switch to a cheaper plan. I'm currently paying $107 a month for a 100gb plan (I barely use 10gbs) with a financed Samsung S23 FE. They could not offer me anything better but did offer me a 250gb plan, a credit card and home internet. I left the conversation dissatisfied. My husband is with koodo, he just upgraded his phone to a Google pixel 9 pro along with a 60gb plan for $65. My son is with Freedom and I can get a plan with 50gbs of data for $35 a month. I think I'm going to buy out the remaining balance of my phone and switch, it's still cheaper for me to do it that way and then I'll say Bye-bye to Roger's for good!

When it comes to data I believe it's probably more correct for you to write GB, not Gb.

I currently have two lines at $45/month for 150gb with can/us roaming. Telus is offering the 100gb with can/us roaming for $35/month. I just called customer service and told them this. They said the only thing they can do is $70/month for can/us/mexico roaming 🤦♂️ I guess I’m moving to Telus
