I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a serious issue regarding a fraudulent account created using our information. In July 2023, a connection was issued to a fraudulent person at a different address using a fake email ID. We were unaware of this until May 2024 when Meta Credit began calling and threatening to impact our credit if we did not pay the bill.
After numerous calls to Rogers, a fraud team ticket (C20069xxxxx) was created in June 2024, but no resolution has been achieved.
We request an immediate resolution to this matter.

Thanks for joining us in our community forums and for bringing this matter to our attention. I understand why you'd be concerned and I'm sorry to hear that you are still waiting for everything to be finalized.
I'm glad to hear that you were able to report it to our Fraud team and it sounds like they are still investigating.
