Rogers Phone and Door-to-door Sales

northcone
I've been around

Does anyone know - is there a place at Rogers where we can register our landline and residence address to STOP THE WEEKLY COLD CALLS on the landline and at the door (usually during dinner) to sell us services? We have Rogers wireless, the rest of our needs are completely covered and we do not want any additional services.

Best answer from a Rogers person so far was on the phone - "next time one comes to your door, ask them to tell their area manager to remove you from their list." This does not work. Nor does asking them to send their area manager to see us. In fact, "no, thank-you" also does not work, they are trained to be persistent to the point where the only disconnection is a curt and somewhat impolite one as a last resort.

Please help - anyone? Can this chronic condition be cured? Does Rogers have an Ombusdman?  A customer retention department?

How do I stop them from this relentless haranguing of good paying customers?

feel free to reply to pbcurlmail at gmail dot com

Thanks!

there is a rogers do not contact list, call customer service and have them update your info on the list,  i believe it expires after 2 years so you would have to do it over and over
