Rogers Bill went from $300 to $600....Ripping me off

Rogers Bill went from around $300 to $600 and my account has multiple services that I did not subscribe to...and I can't get anyone on the phone to speak with to correct it.

HELP??

you may be able to remove "some" of the optional services yourself thru the online self serve, give it a try ,but yes the rest you will need to speak to a customer service agent, please relax and be patient, yes they are quite popular so wait times are longer than normal, you can try calling in the morning when they first open maybe its less busy?

No. You can never remove services online, only add them.
