Greetings. I recently moved from Roger’s and got a call from Roger’s Win Back team. They gave me a good offer and I shifted to Roger’s again.
My Wife also switched to other service provider but she did not receive any mail or call from Win Back team, she would like to switch to Roger’s back.
How can we request the win back team to get in touch?

@Shafkat26 When you cancel Rogers services, there is no guarantee that you will get a call from the "Winback" team offering you a better deal. You cannot request a call from them either. It's basically Rogers' computer systems that decide who to call and whose business they want to win back with a special offer.
