I have never seen any Rogers plans that are competitive with Freedom or Fizz.
You can check the Deals section under Rogers Mobile plans for current offers, and sometimes they offer attractive Mobile discounts on MyRogers to existing TV/Internet customers. For lower-cost Mobile plans, check out Fido or chatr mobile. You can also send a private message to the @CommunityHelps and ask if you qualify for any other Mobile offers.
Beware of scammers calling you claiming to be from Rogers or Fido.
