Roaming and eSIM (Singapore)

Yowguy
I've been here awhile

I am travelling to Singapore for a week and all the eSIM services I have been exploring state the roaming must be turned on in order to use it.

I don’t want to incur roaming fees, is that even possible?

Thanks

"Roaming" probably needs to be "on" due to the eSIM accessing various providers in Singapore.  This is usually accomplished in the phone's network settings where it needs to be set to "auto" instead of a specific provider.

However, you need to either call Rogers to turn off Roam Like Home, or remove the Rogers SIM, or turn off the Rogers eSIM to not get charged for Rogers roaming.
