I’m a current Roger’s Wireless customer (good standing no missed payments), and previously had an internet account (cancelled, in good standing no missed payments). I’m looking to reactivate the internet. From what I’ve seen itv looks like there should not be a hard inquiry as I’m a current Rogers client for wireless and previous clients for cable that is in good standing and never went to collections or canceled by Roger’s for non-payment. Is this correct? Also, there are benefits for signing up online without using a live Roger’s agent. Will this affect if a hard/soft inquiry is run? Ie if I go through online does it automatically run a hard inquiry or since online can tell I’m a current wireless customer and that I had a previous cable account it will run a soft inquiry?

if its been more than 90 days you are considered a new customer and activating a new service therefore it will be a hard check
