I've been around

Does anyone know how to return equipment if they haven’t sent you the waybill?
Ive been bouncing around their chat room and no one is helping. Why is it so difficult to return equipment if?

Hello, did you get this sorted?  I dealt with this recently and got it figured it out but it took multiple steps/was way more complicated than needed to be.
