Good morning,
I have recently cancelled my service and was asked to return two pieces of equipment via Canada Post (a legacy phone modem and a cable internet modem). I followed the instructions and sent the two items in separate packages. According to the Canada Post tracking information, both packages were received by "ROGERS RETURNS" on March 6, 2024 at 7:45 AM.
On March 6 at 6:49 PM I received a message from Rogers saying that the phone modem was successfully received, but I did not receive a message about the internet modem being received.
I've had bad experiences in the past with Rogers where I have returned equipment that was subsequently lost in your warehouses so I'm rather worried this has happened again.
Would you please be able to determine if you have, in fact, received the return of the internet modem?
Thank you,
Patrick
