Returned Rogers's Equipment But...

I've been around

I have returned Rogers Ignite TV Box, remote controller for TV Box, power adapter for TV Box, Ignite WiFi Gateway (XB6) and power adapter via Canada Post on February 13, 2023.  Canada POST tracking shows that package has been delivered on February 14, 2023.    


On February 14, 2023, received email from Rogers says that the Ignite WiFi Gateway (XB6) has been received.  


On February 15, 203, contacted the customer support, she told me not to worry, Rogers "do not sent conformation when they received equipments" ?? !!   I told her I have received confirmation for Ignite WiFi Gateway (XB6) but not the Ignite TV Box which all Rogers equipments were shipped in same package.  She told me not to worry, check the following bill from Rogers.


On March 8, 2023, Rogers send me an email and indicating "If the equipment isn’t returned by March 15, 2023, you will be charged an unreturned equipment fee."    


I am trying to call Rogers customer support now and 57 minutes has gone by, still unable to speak to anyone from Rogers.

It's disappointing that the Ignite Entertainment Box was not scanned and removed from your account. I also returned my ignite box and received a tracking number from Canada Post.
It was received on Feb.28 at the Mississauga warehouse.
I just now received an email.March.20 saying to return it within a week or I will be charged.
I really don't need this stress right now.
