I can’t believe the experience I am having with Rogers. My bills are astronomical. I was charged for roaming even tho my kids had data off and airplane mode on. It’s completely unclear that you need to manually opt out ahead of travel. We were only away for 5 days and my cellphone bill was close to $500!
Bell came by my house today and offered me internet, 3 phones, cable with sports and home security for less than $300.
I have had a Rogers phone since day one. I am currently paying more than $600 a month.
I tried calling and messaging teams to find a way to stay the course and no one was able to help me.
I am going to have to switch my services tomorrow.
Posting here as a last resort. As a former Rogers employee I understand LTV but clearly the front line reps are not incentivized to act on it.
I am really disappointed.
