Promo Ending

DBNimble
I've been here awhile

My promo is ending Mar 2 - Rogers suggestion - Pay $20 more a month for services I don't want or need:

End of promo's for loyal customers should include more than one "special offer" that is always more money. How about some other offers that MATCH or are VERY SIMILIAR to my existing service, since, that is what I need. Stop pushing internet streaming down my GD throat.

I'm tired of Rogers constantly shoving offers in my face for services I NEVER want. Please - Just give me a good promo based on the promo I currently have. If you can't let me know, I'll go to Bell or Bell provider.

Take note:

Specifically from the bullet point  (Copied and pasted to help 'reduce the barrier')
"limits on automatic contract renewals aim to reduce barriers for consumers when it comes to cancelling or switching services;"

Limits my . .

@DBNimble  Promos are offered to attract new customers or to incentivize existing customers to upgrade their services in some way.  Otherwise, the regular price is the regular price.  Good deals also come and go and sometimes the promotions that are available are simply not that great.  Unfortunately, it's very, very rare that you can keep your services as-is and have your same promotion re-applied.

That said, when you are offered a promotion, you always have the opportunity to inquire about other deals that may be available.  (Send a private message to @CommunityHelps ).

Don't be afraid to take your business else where for a better deal. In times where everyone could use a break while companies like Rogers are brining in higher profits than ever. Demand a good deal or cancel and take your business else where.
