As a Rogers user for over 12 yearsI have been trying for over 12 months to get any semblance of order and customer service. My billing includes fees for items I don't have, services not provided, Suspension fees without any notice on both Cell and Data and Billing totals that make no sense.
I have tried several times to get answers but everytime its either different, incorrect or no resolution at all. I have talked to people around the country, and the world, Language barriers are atrocious (non-racist reference) and even unintelligible, accents are hard to decipher or the CSR doesn't understand my questions or response.
