If you do need to update the credit card that you have on file, saved for automatic payments, then you can do so either through the MyRogers app or through the website. You can find the steps here.

Please note that if you’re already signed up for automatic payments and just updating your credit card, it must be registered at least 48 hours before the withdrawal date on your bill for the payment to process on time. If you’re updating your card less than 48 hours from your scheduled withdrawal date, to avoid any late payment charges, we recommend you make a one-time payment for your outstanding balance.
