Good day. I am really angry.
I have been getting overage charges for 4 months now. This mostly started after I got the ignite modem.
Some of my bills have been $1400, $1000, $800 etc.
I have tried to go to the rogers store that I deal with to speak to someone and they would not let me in the store because they were robbed in the past.... I needed picture id. They won't allow me to use my health card.
I am a 75 year old man with a walker, can't breathe well and overweight. This is nothing short of elder abuse. It's also very hard to discuss over the phone due to my hearing.
I am appalled at these bills I keep getting. I have all of my services with rogers but am at the point of canceling all of it.
Can anyone tell me how to best approach this since they won't let me in the store.
