Number porting and eSIM

I've been here awhile

Added line to my already existing rogers account. Other line was required porting number from virgin mobile.

Number porting completed before receiving new sim card.

Is new sim card would have new number or old?

We appreciate your loyalty with adding another line over to your account. Once you receive your new Sim Card you would need to activate it which you can do by following the steps in our article here. You can keep us updated and let us know if that works.
