Please train Rogers customer service techs. No cellphone service for last 7 days and don't even know when I'll get it and sadly because of one dumb customer rep who ported my number before getting new sim card. He thought eSIM does not require physic...
Added line to my already existing rogers account. Other line was required porting number from virgin mobile.Number porting completed before receiving new sim card.Is new sim card would have new number or old?   *Added Labels*
