I make an appointment ahead of time to see a representative at the Rogers store, only to be told, theres no representative available
and ill have to wait. Then I contact Rogers, VIA online chat, asked to speak to a human. So I'm 38 in line to wait. I waited and waited and when I pikd up my phone to see how many more were waiting, and the chat was cancelled because I didn't respond immediately!!! WTH??!!!!!! MY rogers bill has climbed in price to the point I won't be able to afford it anymore. I've considered Bell and now, I'm considering it even more
