New service connect

I would like a new service to a new home build, we currently have ignite and also have mobile accounts. Connection requires extension on private road poles are in place and service conduits is in place ready for new service.  Why can’t it be serviced neighbours are interested in service as well. We prefer ignite to bell Fibe.

If it is a new home construction area, then chances are we should already be laying the groundwork down to get services in the area, and as such, eligibility for our services will be updated in our systems once completed.
