Negative Account balance

averysteiner
I've been around

I accidentally paid my roger's bill twice (once manually, forgetting i had automatic payments setup) and now i'm sitting at a -140 account balance. Not a big deal if it'll just count as credit towards the next bill. Is that the case?

Hello, @averysteiner.

We are thrilled to have you in our Community! Thank you for posting your query. 😃

Your assumption is absolutely correct; $140 will be credited to your next bill. No action is required on your part; the amount is applied to your next bill, and you can view the balance on your MyRogers account online or on the app.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Cheers,
RogersMoin
