Every time I try to check my monthly internet usage on my Rogers Home Internet, I get the same old error message. It's been happening for months.
When I ask Rogers, they say its a temporary glitch in their system, but it has been happening for months. Does it work for anyone else? I've given up waiting on hold for 45 mins to have someone tell me it is just a system glitch and will be restored soon.

PS. The title of this thread is a bit misleading since data usually refers to cell phone use, while I assume you're talking about Internet usage.
