Modem upgrade cost and how to

Hi,

I have 802.11ac machines using IGNITE INTERNET 150-UNLIMITED and Citron CGN3 modem. The modem my family are using is legacy technology, so I would like to upgrade modem to newer one, if it supports 802.11ac.

If we can upgrade, how much cost is it? And how to? We should go to Rogers service shop for upgrade authorization?
