I've been here awhile

I am writing to express my profound frustration regarding the service request I filed two weeks ago. Despite my continuous follow-ups, I have yet to receive the replacement device that was promised to me.

Every day, during my calls with Likewise, I am assured that the device has been shipped and should arrive within a day. However, I have yet to see any evidence of this shipment or receive the replacement device. This ongoing situation is unacceptable, and the repeated reassurances are proving to be false.

My phone is crucial for my business operations, and this delay is causing significant disruption and financial loss. The lack of timely and effective communication from Likewise is exacerbating the situation.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to explore other options for the business loss, time loss, and inconvenience caused by the delay.

Please escalate this matter urgently and provide a concrete update on the status of my replacement device.

I'm disappointed to hear that this has been your experience with them thus far. I understand that many of us depend on our mobile devices for various things on a daily basis, so having no device can be very challenging indeed.

 

How long has it been since you were initially advised that your device was shipped out and in transit to you? Was a tracking number provided?

 

Regretfully, we do not have access to Likewize's database and shipping info at our end, as they are a completely separate entity from us. By any chance, were you able to escalate your issue to their Tier 2 support so they could investigate this further and find out the reason for the delay? If not, I would strongly recommend giving that a try.

Thank you for your understanding. I was initially advised that my device was shipped out on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. However, no tracking number was provided.

I haven't yet escalated the issue to Likewize's Tier 2 support. I will definitely try that to get more information and hopefully resolve the delay.

Thank you for your assistance and advice. I'll keep you updated on any progress.
