Hi,
I have received a call from them regarding an offer for my mobile plan. I have accepted the offer. In doing so they have done my credit check. They said that I will receive an email from them regarding the offer. Its been more than two weeks but no response from their side.
If rogers using the third party company to attract the customers and provide the deal why can’t they select a good company. They are doing credit check on the name of rogers and not providing any deal. Can you please action this? There are so many people qho are suffering from this.
