Hi there,
I just come to postpaid from prepaid, I know the call/text history had been disabled for PayAsYouGo user, how about call/text/data history for postpaid user?
I didn't find then button / entrance on Rogers.com website > MyAccount to view call/text/data history in my postpaid account as well.
If there is a way to view it, please advise.

Thank you for your post here on the Rogers Community Forums!
For our postpaid customers, they can view the data usage remaining through the MyRogers app or the online portal.
Once your bill is generated, you can download it and it will provide you with wireless voice usage details and wireless data usage details. You would not be able to view text message details.

Hi @RogersJermaine , I also just found the data usage / call history are available once the bill is ready, I can use "download" as PDF or CSV (etc) to see them.
What I wanted to know is: is there a way to view a usage history in-time? (Not have to be real-time, but maybe keep updated before billing?)
I remember years ago, prepaid user can view the transaction & usage history in-time, for example, a call was made yesterday, then hours later or next day, I could see it from myRogers on Rogers.com.
So, is there such a in-time way for postpaid user?
