I am trying to call to change my plan and can't get through, the live chat is also down - anyone else having issues?

I can imagine how frustrating it is not being able to get through to our support teams. This is the busiest time of the year so there could be longer than normal hold times when reaching out to our support teams.
Did you know you can also reach out to us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Apple Business Chat, and Google Business Messenger. If you choose one of these methods you do not have to wait on hold, simply ensure your notifications are turned on and we will contact you as soon as an agent is available.
If you have still not been able to reach out to anyone you can also send a private message to @CommunityHelps and we can assist you with your Rogers services.
