Incessant calls from 1-844-760-3908 re service in area

Is anyone else receiving nonstop phone calls from Rogers 1-844-760-3908 to notify you of service disruptions in your area on Thursday? (I'm downtown Ottawa).

They have been calling every 5-10min for the past 3 hours. It's an automated message. I blocked the number but that doesn't stop them from leaving voicemails... every 5-10min. About 40 so far. I chatted with Rogers and they said they would put a block on all calls to me, but the calls/voicemails kept on coming!

I filed a complaint with the CRTC.

This is insane and complete unacceptable!
