I had come into the store for a simple SIM pick up and activation and to check on the status of a number, it turned into a lecture about how I did not have appropriate identification and how the one I provided was wrong.
Not only did this lecture permeate the entire conversation but his insistence that I was wrong was brought to new levels when he pulled up a google image of what he thought my ID should look like. BC back in the he day had 3 cards (Care card, Photo ID, and Photo ID/Drivers Licence.) I am not sure what year it was but they decided to amalgamate all of them into one card a BC services card. which if you did not have a DL (Drivers License) would function as your Primary ID and Service card. The Store Manager, who was the one assisting me with my request and had the gall try and lecture me about my ID was adamant that my explanation of the amalgamation of the cards was incorrect.
A word of advice for anyone going to this store don't just call in I am sure the wait is worth whatever services you would get from this store.
