Exhausted from the win back experience

We got a call from the win back team with a great offer, my wife and I were ready to come back over. After going forward with two lines and Internet, we could only get one line and Internet, because for the second line, we’ve been told that it was cancelled due to a system generated cancellation and nobody knows why. We’ve been on hold and hung up… This is not going to work as it’s either both my wife and I and the Internet or nothing at all, and we can transfer back to our plan with Telus. We don’t know how to get in touch and are tired of being on hold for hours at a time. Can anyone help us?
