I have big issue of installation, and i called the customer service many times and it seems nobody take care of my case. i have kicked back and forth through different departments , only to know that my case has been filed and got an case number, one of the staff told me he send the complaining to some manager already on last friday and ask me to wait, then everything go back to square one, nobody reached me to really solve my problem.
