I waited for 2 hours for live chat and nothing happened

I've been around

I waited for live chat for 2 hours. from 19 to 1 on support queue. And when my time came, nothing. I just got a message "send chat transcript" and thats it! Was there never a technical person chatting with customers? Then why did you waste my time? What was that queue counter all about?

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for sharing your feedback on your most recent interaction.

Waiting for such a long period of time and for the chat to just abruptly end can certainly be frustrating. While we would not be able to determine what transpired on that particular interaction,  depending on your issue we do have some alternate avenues of support such as support via social media. 


The wonderful thing about support through social media is that you can chat with us on the go if you have access to data or Wi-Fi, or at home through your desktop computer. Even if you must step away or run an errand, someone will still be there to continue the conversation when you return as the service is available 24/7.
