I've been around

Long story short I was told after phoning in to upgrade two phones that my data plans would be $45 and $35. After agreeing to that I was put on hold to update the changes. Rogers employee comes back on and says sorry it won’t allow it to go through. It will be $55 and $45. I said no thanks I can get a better deal via a third party vendor. Employee says sorry I already went ahead and put it through and cannot reverse it. After a lot of going back and forth over the next few days i was told just refuse to take the delivery of the phones and they will be sent back to rogers in Oakville and I can order the phones via the third party. They were returned on Nov 6 and still waiting for them to be taken off the account because until they are I cannot order and change the data plan. This can take weeks. How can I speed this up considering they are at the rogers  facility.

We certainly understand your frustration with the need to resolve this as quickly as possible. Device return times can vary depending on once the warehouse receives it and then processes the return. Our warehouses do accept a varying amount of equipment each day, and as such, we would not be able to fast-track the process. We do appreciate your patience.
