Hi, I got a winvack offer, accepted it and was validated. The agent said that I l’m gonna get an email and what to do but I haven’t received it yet and I don’t know what to do now. I opened my account on Rogers and the offer was there but I’m not sure if its activated or not.
I opted for esim but reading on the instructions and I am a little confused. Please someone help

If the offer matched what you currently have in your "Services" tab of MyRogers, this means the offer was enabled. If it was for a phone, it might just kick in as soon as the device is shipped.
With regards to your SIM card, please initiate the switch through the MyRogers app. You'll find more details in the following support article: How to switch from a physical SIM to eSIM.
