There is no FAQ that I was able to find and there is no option in the Rogers Portal to stop the auto payment (credit card) option.
Does this mean customers must call the call centre and speak to a rep, who hopefully can understand what the customer wants and provide accurate and complete information (something that is usually lacking with Rogers telephone support)?

Ok. I contacted customer support. Because I had some services on vacation suspension, the option isn't there.
