Returned equipment not acknowledged

I've been here awhile

Hello,
I was sent a waybill to return my ignite modem and tv box after cancelling my services. I put both in the same box and returned them. I only recieved an acknowlegement of receipt for the ignite internet modem. It is impossible to navigate Rogers byzantine support labrynth to find who I should teport thus error to. Please help

I was told my ce was not returned. But purolator shipped to Rogers building at 1595 North service road but not to DOCKET 2 WIRELESS but sent to SHIPPING DOCK same building. Now I need someone to walk to SHIPPING DOCK to get the cell. But cant speal to anyone at Rogers to get it. I cant afford 320.00 charge which is false. Can i speak to someone or do i have to gk to the buikding myselfsk
