Hello,
I was sent a waybill to return my ignite modem and tv box after cancelling my services. I put both in the same box and returned them. I only recieved an acknowlegement of receipt for the ignite internet modem. It is impossible to navigate Rogers byzantine support labrynth to find who I should teport thus error to. Please help
