How many set-top boxes included "Total TV" plan?

I am looking for confirmation after live chat was unsuccessful in achieving the answer with 2 people.

Rogers Ignite Total TV plan...

The wording does not mention "rental" for 2 additional boxes.

I just want to know,  does it includes 3 boxes w/remotes in total or is there a catch?

I have a lot of TV's so I want to be sure.

I understand it's $10 per box beyond any package and that only 5 devices can stream at any one time ( be it 2 offsite or 5 onsite or combined), meaning Rogers is not ideal for large families.

Thanks!

@something1965  In the Greater Toronto Area, the current undiscounted price, month-to-month, for Ignite Total TV and 150 Mbps Internet is $214.99/month.  That price includes one set-top box.

Adding $10/month (x2) for set-top boxes would bring you up to $234.99, without discounts.

Is Rogers also including Ignite Home Phone (with local calling) in your quote, for an additional $10/month, to bring that total to $244.99/month?

FYI, with Ignite TV, you are limited to a total of 10 set-top boxes.

If you require a large number of set-top boxes, keep in mind that each active HD stream will consume 10 Mbps of bandwidth; 25 Mbps for each 4K stream.  You will need to ensure that you have sufficient bandwidth to accommodate all of your set-top boxes, streaming devices, and anything else that requires network connectivity in your home.

Thanks for the reply and info.

I called to speak to a human again and it turns out that image above was an older offer that shouldn't have been put before my eyes, it was 2 years ago we used to pay $300.00, now its $240.00.

Cheers
