Horrible customer service

I been a customer of Fido/ Rogers for over 18 years. Today had to be the worse. I ported my number from Fido to Rogers and wanted to figure my final bill so I can close out my Fido. I called in and the person help me was horrible. I asked to transfer to anyone else that can help me. After being on hold I was transferred to Roger’s MANDARIN support. So just because I have an Asian last name I’m Chinese ? I’m sorry I’m Vietnamese and not Chinese. Second the next person to help me told me it’s pretty easy 33% to get Chinese because they have English, French, mandarin and Cantonese. AGAIN mandarin and canto are not the same. Pretty disappointed with Roger’s if I could cancel without penalties I would

I just called Rogers today to fins out if there were any promotions that would be less or equal cost to what I was currently paying. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was abruptly hung up on. Then I tried the chat. I spent an hour with a rep who took 5+ minutes to respond to each message. She made it seem like I was getting a better bundle for less. I had to ask multiple times about the cost difference. She finally conceded that it would be more expensive, which defeated the whole purpose of my call! Just awful.
