it was suggested to me to call in to support for an issue i am having with ignite weather channel and after over an hour on hold i thought hey why not try the support chat thingy and yup you guessed it tried to access it and got this
chat.rogers.com refused to connect.
another wasted day to try and get a simple answerer and possible fix typical

That is strange that you were unable to connect to our Live Chat option. Please ensure you are clicking on the link from our support page here, where you can also find other means of connecting with us such as our social media support.
If you are getting any errors when trying to establish a connection, can you try a separate browser or try clearing your cache and cookies and re try the link. Thank you for your feedback.
