I've been around

I was given a price to be retained for a 2 year period in January.  They charged me double that to my credit card.  I called back after 2 months, and was told it would be rectified.  2 months go by, still charging double.  Call back, and they are sorry, and will definitely credit my account and rectify.  Look at my bill again today, and they are still charging me double.  Contact them again, and they are sorry.  There is nothing they can do.  Like, WHAT????  How can a business operate this way?
