Hold times on the phone

To Rogers:

I am absolutely appalled with the wait times you have for your customer service on the phone.  I have been on hold now for almost 2 hours and it is unacceptable to wait this long to get a probably quick answer yet pressing answer as it is regarding my bill.  You have made an error on my bill and I was told to call in to get it rectified which I am trying to do.  

 

I wish you would just be better as it is so painful to deal with you.

Hello and welcome to the Community @Ann-Marie,

 

I know the past couple of weeks we've had really long wait times and it's not easy to stay on the phone for hours upon end. We are trying our best to get to all the customers as quickly as we can.

 

As always you can also send us a message through Facebook Messenger, X, or Instagram. Even if all the reps are busy, you can still send us a message and feel free to go about your day until one is available.
