I called to consult when my contract will be end, the agent told me it is Oct 8th 2023 . Currently there is no promotion, my service fee will go back to no discount which will double the bill from $67 to $130. Thus, I called back on Oct 13 to cancel the contract. however, they kept charging me every month. I called on Nov. to request them to make sure my account is cancelled. I received bill again on Dec. I called again. The agent was able to help to cancel my account and reverse the Nov and Dec bill. I thought everything was taken care at that time. I received email that rogers bill is in again on Jan 2024. However, I was so busy at my training that I ignored it. Rogers emailed me the bill again on Feb 2024. Same March 2024. Finally, I have time to make a call today. They told me that there is early cancellation fee and equipment fee $452.93 that I need to pay. Wooowwwwoo. Nobody mentioned it at all they just sent me the bill without notice about the early cancellation fee. I provided the equipment return tracking information to prove that we have returned the equipment. Yet, it seems does not help. They are requesting me to pay no matter what. I told them that we returned the equipment why we need to pay per Canadian post. I will look for legal help for Early cancellation fee due to they provide me the wrong informaiton and nobody mention early termination fee at all at my Sept, Oct , Nov and December conversation.

Really disheartening to read your about your experience. With equipment charges, once the warehouse scans and updates the returns all related charges are reversed.
