Help in Cancelling Services

I've been around

Spend the whole day trying to reach Roger’s customer service by phone to cancel internet, tv , home phone and cellular. Tried chat option, responds to chat to specialist and nothing happens. I need to get a return authorization for the equipment rented. Another 4 hour or unlimited wait on the phone with Rogers customer service ?😂

Wow, that sounds crazy? when i cancelled my rogers internet i had to wait a whole whopping 5 minutes on hold before I reached an agent, yes 5 minutes on hold, not sure if they are very busy these days and short staffed? or if the holidays coming up has anything to do with this?

@Pauly I wish I had your luck with the 5 minutes wait... I waited on the my last call for exactly 2 hours and it got hung up, there's no options to ask for call back, of course they'll be no record of the 2 hours wasted neither.

I spent 2 hours on hold last week to cancel my internet. All looked good until I got a bill indicating internet services were added the following day. Spent another on hold for 90 minutes before I had to bail. Now on hold again to try and rectify. So ridiculous.

it's impossible... I tried to contact them all day and I just got them two times and for each call, I waited almost  2hr. Some stupid one ended the call after he heard that I wanted to cancel the services. 

It's very very bad service.

Imagine they charged me even though I did not connect the modem to my home.

Please please I want someone to help me to remove this from my account.

I know waiting over the phone for long time isn't convenient. At this time, cancellations can only be completed if you call in or speak to an agent via Live Chat. I sincerely hope you've been able to get in touch with someone since this message,
