So what is meant by "20 GFlex channels"?

I have 20 Gflex channels now since I changed my package this afternoon. But am not seeing the ability to swap flex channels. I have Flex 20 + sports.

I'm glad you could exchange your Flex Channels after switching to Ignite Flex 20 including Sports bundle. As for GFlex, I believe it was a typo. My apologies for the confusion.
