Fraudulent activities by salesperson

Hi,
I am suffering from a fraudulent activity with above attached account. Sales person sell me a service without telling me about contract service and I don't even receive any e mail from rogers regarding this. when I called to cancel the account o 14 sept (three times approx.) I come to know that I have to pay cancelation fees and I have a rogers business account. first of all I don't have any business and secondly I don't sign any contract with sales person or any verbal communication regarding this. When I call customer service they are not providing me a solution regarding this telling me that I received a call back every time even today I received same answer from them in a rude way. I am very depressed and investing my time to report same thing over the call getting no solutions.

I want cancel this fraudulent activities so u guys find that defaulter at your end and I don't want to pay any cancelation fees and any service charge after 14 sept. Please improve your customer service so they can provide solutions instead of call back rude to customers.

My Rogers - Usage and Services looping since November 3

When I logon to My Rogers the Useage and Services App is on a continuous loop.  It loads, then the colourful dots come and then repeat...

 

Other tabs work fine.  I waited several days to see if anything would change.  No luck.

 

I'm using Chrome.

 

Any suggestions?
